Hi Experts ,
I am trying to achieve a feature :
Bi-Directional Integration between C4C and Outlook
. I have seen several blogs on unidirectional integration but cant find a reply to
Bi-Directional Integration between C4C and Outlook without using a third party like RIVA CRM or ARIVA. Is it possible to have bidirectional sync and access of
Can you please advice .
Thanks and Regards,
Arnab Mondal.
Prasanth,
The Outlook Add-in can sync appointments, tasks and contacts that are created in C4C automatically to Outlook.
Accounts must be linked to a sync'd object before they are sync'd.
Emails are (to my knowledge) only replicated unidirectionally from Outlook to C4C.

The out-of-the-box client-side Outlook integration provides bi-directional sync between C4C and Outlook.

Hi Prasanth ,
Thank you for the mail. But I have already gone through this link earlier. My situation is a little different. The shared blog highlights all features we do in the outlook client getting successfully reflected in C4C. But my requirement is creation of the following in C4C and get in synced in outlook 365 and able to see it . Post going through the blog , though I see the "bi-directional" arrows, but they actually do not say any set up creation @ C4C side to get the same in outlook .
