Error Message: Date deviates from due date range, [Message 131-101]

Hello,

When entering invoices, I get the error message 131-101: Date deviates from due date range. I've seen an answer or two that you have supplied to others related to this error message, but no solution to fix it. Please provide the detailed instructions on how to solve the problem please.

    Hi Diane,

    1. Please open the Posting Periods form: Administration > System Initialization > Posting Periods
    2. Click the yellow arrow of the period that your invoice falls in.
    3. Look at the Due Date From date range. Please check that the due date of your invoice falls within the given range.
    4. If it does not, you will need to adjust the due date of your invoice OR you need to adjust the date range of Due Date From for the period.
