Experiences from On Premise CRM to C4C Service

Hello Everyone,

We're in the midst of assessing a move from our On Premise CRM system that supports our service interaction center to Cloud for Customer - Service. We're looking to speak to those that are currently assessing or have made the switch already to just help us benchmark/share best practices.
