I hav a few questions on sap portal support.
Recently our system gone live with all the backend systems. As of now most of the calls are getting only for user athentication failed & pwd reset.
We have given a User admin role for L2 support...
My question is i want to give only
1. search user iview
2. pwd resetting option
Can anybody suggest me...how other people are handling this kind of support.
