Sales Order is not showing up in Service Call Related Documents Tab

Hi all,

We added a service call document and created a return document for Item A and a sales order for Item B (the customer is essentially returning A and asking for B). In the related documents tab, the return document is shown, but the sales order is not. However, when we click on the Details button, both Item A and Item B show up. Is this part of B1's standard functionality?

Thanks for your answer. However, the note describes similar effects on both the Related Documents tab and the Document Details section. Is there a reason why it would be in the Related Document Details but not the Related Documents tab?

Check SAP Note 1572625 and see if any of the scenario mentioned in the SAP Note relates to your issue.
