Hello Experts,

Customer is using the same SLT to replicate the data from ECC and non-ABAP Oracle DB.

Customer experienced memory related issue in their non-ABAP source oracle DB which caused DBSQL_SQL_ERROR dumps. There were absolutely no issues on the ECC source system. When the memory issue happened, all the MT-ID were in aborted status and the master job terminated.

As per understanding, SLT Master job should not terminate as this was an issue with just one source system, other system should not be effected, since the master job terminated, this termination also affected ECC data replication.

Our concern is SLT job should not be cancelled when there is a problem with one source connection. because master job failure is affecting all replication configuration(from ECC,ORACLE and DB2) in the system and not just the oracle DB that crashed.

Any help is appreciated,

Regards Suneel

Hi Suneel,

You'll probably get better results by opening an OSS Ticket if you haven't already.

Best regards.
