Hi Portal Gurus,
I need help from all of you
1)I have deployed ESS/MSS 1.0 business packages for the portal 7.0.After that I have created one system and assigned alias name also.I have assigned ESS role to 1 user in portal (same role in ecc also).Backend connectivity also established.Also I am able to see the user page that I have created in portal,but he is getting only top level navigation of ESS.He is not able to getting second or third level navigation.
Ex:The user XX login with his user ID and he is having ESS role,now he is able to see working time,benefits and payment,personal info etc(first level navigation) when he is clicking on these links he is not getting anything?What would be the problem
Regarding above I need to clarify some more:
When I have opened the ESS Iview assume benefite and payment->rightclick->open->object
Now I want to give my newly created system alias to this object,but I am not able to see the SYSTEM option here(It is available in ep6.0).So guys please let me know Where can I get this link in ep7.0
2)After deploying ESS/MSS I got the self services folders under
content admin->Portal content->content provided by SAP->end user content->Employee self services.
My query is whether my deployment is correct or not?ESS is going to correct folder or not?
3)In ep6.0 I have seen somany links at toplevel navigation,but in ep7.0 I am able to see only 3 links(content admin,system admin,user admin),so please let me know whether these links are correct or not??
