Error EYE007 "You do not have sufficient authorization"

Hi experts,

We are getting the error EYE 007 "You do not have sufficient authorization" in our BW systems.

We have installed during the weekend the Support Package 19 for BW 7.31

Do you know if there is any change or error in ths SP19?

Thanks for your reply. We are already using RSECADMIN correctly.

The issue started after the installation of SP19 in BW 7.31 system.

The users already have colon authorization in RSECADMIN.

We notice that is related to value # used when opening the reports.

If we open wihtout the value # in the filter we get no issue.

have you tried using RSECADMIN to run a trace to see what it is failing on?
