UME Users in an External ABAP System: User J2EE_ADM_ does not exist

I have installed SAP solman 7.2 ABAP with SAPSID (SMG).

After that, I try to install SAP solman 7.2 JAVA with another SAPSID (SMP) but in the step

"UME Users in an External ABAP System" I found this error

"User J2EE_ADM_SMP does not exist [System: SMG(001), Message: 01 124".

Please kindly suggest me.
