Hierarchy

Hi

Im loading a hierarchy from SAP.For all the reports, I get only some values (which are part of the hierarchy) from the transaction data.

For e.g ..in most of the transaction data, Im getting the MRP controller. Now using this MRP controller i need to find the Business Unit which is part of the hierachy.

Will i have to read the hierachy table to do so OR is there any other approach.
