Hi All,
The standard background job SM:LONG FILE EXT DOWNLOAD is failing in our new solution manager system with the below error.As this job is not running so its not updating the file extension type in system & hence we are getting error attachment of file type <DOCX> cannot be sent to SAP.
Apart from this job error log i dont find any thing else in the system corresponding to this error.No dump or no corresponding system log.

Can you please check SAP note below and follow recommendations by SAP regarding attachments.
569392 - SAP Support Desk: Send attachments to SAP
Ref: only specific file types may be sent to SAP; all other attachments are rejected when you send to SAP.
