Locks on user PIRWBUSER

Hello all, I've the following little issue :

After several days, I get the user PIRWBUSER locked. Why ?

I check all places I know where this password can be set for this user but I found nothing.

Can you detail me all places to check ?

Thanks a lot

    Hi,

1)See records in database table SAP<SID>DB.EP_LOCK_ENTRIES

    2) Connect to http://<server>:<port>/useradmin, enter PIRWBUSER as logon name with the current password check if password change is needed.

    Hi,

did you change it's password ?

is it a serivce user or dialog ? (if you configured it as dialog maybe the pass expired)?

if you changed the pass have a look at this note 721548

    Hi,

We had the same problem in PI 7. Change the password back to the installation password in SU01; that cleared it up and the runtime workbench works smoothly now.
