Error while login to SAP through Portal

Hi all,

Scenario: Login to SAP backend systems via Portal.

A single user is facing the error:

"Error getting logon parameter for entry 'c:\users\<username>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\....\tx.sap' (rc=33) "

The SAP GUI was upgraded for the user to 7.4.

Any pointers would be helpful.

Click Windows > Settings > System > Default Apps > "Go down the page" Choose Default apps by file type > search .ica, click right "choose a default - Sap logon" change Citrix Connection Manager.
