Hi Everyone,
One of my process chain is trigerring frequently without any schedule after every five minutes.. Can anyone tell how 2 stop it without disturbing other chains,,
Cheers..
Hemanth
hello,
in tcode RSPC..
double click on the chain that is giving problems..
then in the menus on the top(i think in the very first menu)..u will see an option like..'remove chain from scheduling'..
doing this..all jobs for this chains..shud get removed from sm37..i mean scheduled jobs..
once u use that option..all scheduled jobs for that chain..will get deleted..
so..unless u schedule the chain again..by setting parameters on 'start variant' and using 'activate and schedule' button, the chain will not run..
that means..when u will trigger the chain again..manually..it will run..
i think i am clear

Hi Hemanth,
you can also get into the planning view of the chain and right click on the start event and choose "display all Scheduling Jobs"... it will list all the jobs in the status "released".. choose all the jobs in the status "Released" by checking the box next to it and go to the menu job and choose "Released -> Scheduled"...
Hope it solves your issue... this obviously won't disturb your other chains..

Hi,
On the process chain, START process step context menu --> select display scheduled jobs. delete all the jobs.
Schedule the process chain, giving the correct data and time in the mantain varient.
thanks & Regards,

Hi,
Goto RSPCMenu> select option ' Remove from Scheduling'
it will stop the chain... until u schedule the chain(by giving future date parameters or by selecting immediate option)
u can also watch the status of the chain in SM37(whether it is runing or cancelled..)
It wont disturb any other chains
