SLA Based Alerts for PO B2B Addon

Hello Experts,

Does anyone know how to raise SLA based alerts for missing 997's to Invoices that we sent to TP's with SLA period as 48 hours?

I am wondering is there a way to capture invoice numbers with ST control number per trading partner when we sent multiple invoices in a single X12 file, we see only one entry in B2B monitoring with ISA control number.
