Adobe Interactive forms for Managerial self service

Hi All,

We need Adobe Interactive forms for Managerial self service in Portal.

When i goto transaction SFP, and check any of the interactive forms ie ISR_FORM_SPEG for example, and click the Layout button, i get the blank form, even the PDF format shows me a blank page.

Has anyone faced a similar problem? If so, can you please tell me the reason for this error and how to rectify it?

Hi Aditi,

I think the form developed in other languages ( maybe in DE ).

Check the form original developement language and login in that language, then you can see the layout.

Hello Pavan,

Thanks for your responsse.You are correct, the form is developed in DE whereas i am using EN as the system language.I can make out some odd things present as text boxes etc, but when i give layout as "PDF format" it throws an error of Adobe Reader saying Script Failed and some details which i am unable to paste in this column.Could you tell me how to go about it please?

Hi Aditi,

Are you selecting the pdf tab in the layout.

There might be some scripting done in the form, because of this you are getting popup "script failed", when you click pdf tab.

Try to execute the form from driver program.

For testing you can execute(f8) the form in SFP with junk data.

Hi Pavan,

Thanks for replying..i found a note (843279) which has a similar problem as mine..it says logon as "DE" and then copy the form . When i do that, i get a popup window asking me userid and password for Adobe configuration services, which means i need to check whether Adobe configuration is proper or not.

Ill do that and see how things proceed.
