Is there any Userexit / BADI available for disabling editing of the component checkbox in subcon PO?

Requirement:
We have a subcontract receiving scenario in which the end users untick the checkbox for the component selections but select only the finished goods in MIGO. This causes the component to be not consumed from the subcontractor stock. Therefore we are considering to not allow editing the checkbox for the components The reason the users untick is because of some misconception which i prefer not to go into detail now.

Have you already asked the end user why he removes the entry from the checkbox? He might have a reason, eventually the same reason why SAP designed it as changeable.
