How do I find crdb_p2sads.dll ?

I have the following error,

"Failed to load database information. Details: The database connector 'crdb_p2sads.dll could not be loaded. The correct version of the database client for this database type might not be installed." what repairs this error?

    Hi David,

That name does not belong to CR as a default DB driver/client.

I suspect someone has renamed one for our dll's to that name.

What Database are you connecting to?

It appears to be some Product owned by SAP that has integrated the Advantage DB into Crystal Reports.

You are missing the database driver., Contact the advantage support team for more info

      Hi Don,

Responding to your question. We are attempting to access CR v 8.5 report files. The files are reading an old software called Manheim Tracker. This is a software that we post car loan payments into. I can see that report files in CR2016, they open up, however they can not be edited or saved. CR2016 comes back with the failed to load error in the original question.

How do I contact advantage support team?

      Thank you,

      David
