Not getting LDAP values

Hi,

In portal iam getting all the LDAP users but iam not getting the details of the users like address,city state and additional information like position,department.

But iam getting phone number,fax number..

the details about the users are maintained in LDAP.they have given all the values in LDAP..

Help me!
