formatted text edit html tags displayed

we have upgraded our portal system to nw7.4. We found an issue with the formatted text edit fields: the html tags are displayed after the text is entered and enter pressed.

has anyone else found this issue?

Do you experience this behavior only with WebDynpro JAVA application(s) or with the other applications (in the portal) as well?

Can you reproduce it without portal?
