Filter - Tile based on employee/ Country Grouping

Dear Experts

I trying to find a BAdI or class to filter tile based on employee group.. We are using 1 ESS role for all country and there is a requirement to show some tile based on country grouping..

Our HR security team is not interested to create multiple role(PFCG) for each country instead use 1 role, 1 Catalog and 1 Catalog Group and filter tile based on MOLGA or Custom Table.

Do anyone know to filter tile using BAdI. I explored to use LPD_CUST but no idea, how to filter tile based on MOLGA(Country Grouping)

There are is no standard solution to this. You may explore UI2 services and look to implement an implicit enhancement point.
