Problem with approval subworkflow WS10000049

Hello,

Version 0003 of this workflow template WS10000049 doesn't exist in our new SRM 5.0 system. I couldn't find anything in OSS. Has anyone faced a similar problem and fixed it? If so, how did you do it?
