query display properties

hi every one

I want my query to display its output - like, char and keyfigure and char and kf and so on in coloum format. For this wat r the setings shud b made in BEx analyzer. pls guide me.

and also link me to its documents.

Hi Shalini,

For that you need to change the query from OLAP or multi-dimensional to Tabular. In the Bex Analyzer, click on the Change query button and goto the Local Change View. Then click the Tabular Display button and arrange the chars and KF as reqd.
