E-Recruiting e-mails to registered candidates with new job postings

Dear All,

Is it possible to automatically trigger e-mails to registered candidates when new job postings are published without having to create an activity? This is intended to immediately inform registered candidates of new job postings, which they can then view and to decide whether to apply.
