E-Recruiting e-mails to registered candidates with new job postings

Dear All,

Is it possible to automatically trigger e-mails to registered candidates when new job postings are published without having to create an activity? This is intended to immediately inform registered candidates of new job postings, which they can then view and to decide whether to apply.

I do not think the standard system handles this...

The standard system indeed does not support this.

And I would not recommend to implement a workflow for this, because the amount of candidate can grow rapidly and the amount of mails you need to send would be very high, so the procedure is very performance and time consuming.

The only piece of advice I can give to you is. Write a periodical service that sends out a summary mail with all new posting of the last day. This report should run once a day. Synchron implementations are not recommendable.
