Upgrade - Poor performance during SHADOW_IMPORT_INC

We are upgrading from 4.6C to ECC 6.0.

The phases have processed with acceptable times until we got to the SHADOW_IMPORT_INC which has been running for 30 hours. Is there a way to tell if the process is hung up? This phase started on 11/12/06 at 4:01AM. The last entry in the SAPup.ECO was on 11/12/06 at 13:02PM. WRKACTJOB shows 1 R3TRANS and 1 TP.

Is there a way to tell if it is indeed working or just looping?
