J2EE not Started.

Hello to all!,

I have problem with my system Netweaver 2004S. We had in our offices an interruption of the light, which affection the shutdown in server of Netweaver.

The services of database is ok and the connection to the system is ok, but the J2EE process not started. In the system manager console in the process list he show me in yellow and the disp+work.exe.

My system is java+abap. There 2 instances 0 and 1. The instance 0 is shutdown because error when i traying to startup he show me the error: "The SAPGR3_00 service failed to start due to the following error: Access is denied".

I am trying to startup the service SAPGR3_00 manually, but also it gives the same error me: "Could not start the SAPGR3_00 service on Local Computer. Error 5: Access is denied".

My OS in Windows 2003 Server with service pack 1. In the Event Viewer he show me the following error: DCOM got error "Access is denied. " attempting to start the service SAPGR3_00 with arguments "-Service" in order to run the server: {EFC29CC0-A03C-11D0-A1F2-0000F62893CC}

I´m check and I apply note 833798, but I do not work.

I´m check the password whereupon it initiates the service (SAPServiceGR3) and this OK. And verify the autorization and the folder SAPMNT is ok.
