How to retrieve missing data back to SIS

Former Member

Greetings to all SD Gurus,

Need some advice here. Due to some network issues, we found out that there are some data ( billing docs - related ) are missing/incomplete when we generate SIS report via MCSI - infostructure S516

Questions :

What are the proactive actions that we can take to rectify the problem so that previous data can be updated again. Would appreaciate if a step by step guide can be given.

In system, there are a series of info structures that can be selected. Do we need to update all the info structures or just the relevant infostructure ( Eg. S516 ) ?

Many thanks in advance.

Warmest Regards,

Ed

Hi Edwin,

Welcome to SDN.

You can use transaction MCSZ (LIS Copy Managememt) to update your custom info structure S516. There are documentation (scenario) available which will guide you on how to use this tool.

I think you need to update the relevant custom info structures only.

Hope this will help.
