All,
I need to transport some KM documents (HTML files and graphics) from DEV to QA and Production. They are used in some of my Portal iViews.
Is there a way to transport the KM documents? I do not see I mechanism to include them in a Portal Transport export package.
Thanks,
Alan
Hello Alan,
Do you need a sheduled transport? If so you can use the way of content syndicator and content subscriber.
see http://help.sap.com/saphelp_erp2005/helpdata/en/35/4cf72bfe18455e892fc53345f4f919/frameset.htm
Please keep in mind that all these transport mechanism do not transport all metadata. For example the service permissions.

Axel

Hi Alan,
You can use ICE or WebDAV. A simple way to do that by mean WebDAV is:
In QA, go to KM Content->choose the repository and folder->using context menu in this folder->details->settings->properties->access links->and copy WebDAV url.
From your browser, paste this url.
Do the same with DEV and then you can copy and paste the documents between both of enviroments.
Using ICE you can do the same, and schedule this procedure.
