Support Message component blank when I save SLNF transaction


I'm trying to customize the Service Desk scenario on Solution

Manager 4.0. In a new "Support Message" notification after choosing the

component and saving the document everything works well. But when I

exit the transaction and enter that document again I see the component

box blank. How can I solve this problem?
