my client wants to track the actual goods consumption of a material by the contractor after issuing goods from project stock consumption after Goods issue (Movement type 221 Q)??
In transaction OMJJ you can customized new goods movements types. I recommend to create a new movement type by copying an standard movement type available as an starting point.
Additionally I recommend you, based on your requirement description, to review your customer PS solution definition and integration with inventory management. it could be that what want to achieve is more related to the project stock type definition and not about goods movements.
