Metal certificate results recording

As metal certificate was being generated for a batch before despatch to customers,it was found that the results are not rightly reflected and belong to the lot being despatched.The lot was created and results recording and UD had been done rightly and certificate results were found different.As analysed,it was found that certificate is drawing results of a old lot(which was manualy created and inspected in lot type 89 way back in 2010).It was tried to cancel old manual lot vide qa02,but was not possible.It is believed that metal certificate is drawing values from old date instead of new lot.Both lots are same.How can we take out a correct certificate ?

Is the new lot an 89 inspection type as well? Do they both have "accepted" UD codes applied to the inspection lot?

The cert profile can be used to define a specific inspection type to utilize for the COA. If you can, swtich the results to come from the batch instead of the inspection lot. The batch can only have one result and should normally be the most recent results.
