No services in this area(In ess)

Hi ,

I'm getting an error as No services in this area when i click personal information workset in ESS. When i check for address, bank ivews in portal content i cannot see any of those ivews and i can't even see life and work events work set.. Does ivews are stored in portal content in ep7.0. I have also checked on R/3 side but services are assigned to personal information. Any ideas.
