hi,

I want to do the following scenario:

File->transformation->transformation->(synch)webservice(.net)->transformation->DB

1--I am using BPM for this. I am doin a synch call for the webservice.Need some configuration help for this.

2--Any help on how to test the .net webservice and how to invoke external webservice from xi.

3--Can we do one synch call from BPM when the remaining steps are all asynch.

Thank you

Raju,

You would need a WSDL from your webservice and import the same into XI in your namespace. You will need to map the source message to the Webservice request message and map the response to the corresponding requirement.

For info on how to use Webservices and SOAP adapters , these 2 documents should help,

In this blog instead of RFC you need to think as Webservice.
