How to point the portal to an HTML page

Hi,

Is there a quick way to point the Portal to a temporary HTML default page?

https://server:port/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/com.sap.portal.navigation.portallauncher.default

I need to point the above link to an temp page. If you have any suggestion, that would be great.
