Prepare.bat error!!!!!

HI All

I am currently trying to upgrade our 46C SAP system to ECC 2005 and I am have problems straight away - but I am not sure if it is me!!!

I have copied the master DVD to a drive on our 46C server and when I run the prepare.bat file I get the following error:

U:\master\prepare.js(44, 3) WshShell.Exec: The system cannot find the file specified

What am I missing?
