WD Abap ALV - Events / Variants

hi,

i have a funny problem, i have to use create_componten and want to pass the variant for that routine; this works normally but when i have somewhere an alv-event registered (e.g. on Link Click) then my has already an active component and i cannot use the routine create_component?????

what is the problem here, any suggestion is really welcome,

Perhaps you could post a few more details to help out with the description of your problem. Can you post the coding of your "create_component" call?

Hi Thomas,

the problem is that whenever a alv component is used in a view where a Event is declared on it the component is already created by the system, but i did a workaround with a dummy-view so that works now as expected, but i've got some other problems but will post that on another note.
