export data from BCS virtual cube to another object

I want to export BCS's virtual cube data to another object such as DSO , it is possible to realize using transformation .Another, whether does BCS virtual cube's specific API still work in this process?

If can not , do you have idea about it ?

Hi,

Virtual BCS cube is built upon transactional cube and simply applies some logic while selecting records. It takes into account a consolidation group node for which you want to see data (depending on the node result might be different).

If you need all records, then go for data retrival from the transactional cube.
