Integrated ITS with SRM System

We are upgrading EBP 2.0 to SRM 4.0. Also we are installing integrated ITS on the same server as SRM.

My question is that is it an issue to have Integrated ITS installed on the same server, where we have SRM instance upgraded to 4.0. Kindly let me know
