Automating Syndication of MDM

I am attempting to automate the syndication process of MDM in order to generate the materials in XML files on a server in a particular directory for XI to pick up and process. I am running MDM on a UNIX server, and connecting to it via the console programs on a Windows computer. I am aware of the SyndicatorBatch.exe program that runs with a command line interface on a Windows machine, however I would like to find an equivalent for the UNIX server. Does anyone know if this exists, and if not is there another way for me to automate this process? I have set up a client system, port, and built a map and tested it by syndicating to my computer. But how do I set it up to syndicate to the server that MDM is currently being hosted on? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!
