An extractor from CRM (0CRM_COMPLAINTS_I) delivers a user in the field "Last changed by". However this is the logon name of the user (i.e. JSMITH). Which table (in the source system) would contain the real user name (i.e. John Smith)?
Table USR03 usually has this data. But if this is empty, you can goto tcode SUIM and enter the user id under User->Users by complex selection criteria->by user id and execute. You'll get the name of the user alongwith the user id.
