Hi SAP Consultants,
Is there any Cost Center field in Production Order transaction CO01 ?
What are the tables where Production order data is stored/saved ?
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
Hi

AFIH Maintenance order header
AUFM Goods movement for prod. order
AFKO Order header data PP orders
AFPO Order item
RESB Order componenten
AFVC Order operations
AFVV Quantities/dates/values in the operation
AFVU User fields of the operation
AFFL Work order sequence
AFFH PRT assignment data for the work order(routing)
AFRU Order completion confirmations
Hope it helps

Thanks.
I could able to see two Cost Center field in the table AUFK.
KOSTL = Cost center for basic settlement
CYCLE = Cost center to which costs are actually posted
but I do not see any cost center field in the Assignments tab of Create Production Order (CO01) transaction.
Where can I find Field Selection or Screen Layout path in IMG for making any hidden fields of CO01 to "DISPALY" or "REQUIRED" field ?
So that I could make Cost Center field into DISPLAY field if it is made as HIDDEN field.
I am trying to save production order in transaction CO01 but I am getting error saying "No funds center entered/derived in item 00001"
Diagnosis
-
In company code (&2) the component Funds Management is active. This requires the entries or the derivation of a funds center.
You can use the following elements to derive the funds center: company code / account or CO object .
Procedure
-
Enter a funds center or ensure that the funds center can be derived from the possible assignments by:
assigning a funds center in the commitment items- master record or maintaining the assigning of a funds center to the CO object.
My company is a public sector company and Funds management is active.
Any help would be appreciated.
To be able to derive fund center for a production order, cost center need not be entered in the production order. The fund center can be derived from a combination of plant, valuation class & FM area combination. Settings for this can be done in transaction code FMLF - maintain warehouse fund center assignment.
Alternatively you can also have derivation rules, which will derive fund center.

Hi
you can Use CO03 with Display overview and double click on Operation overview (or press F5) then double cklic on work center then you can see the cost center in field in costing tab.

Hi Parthivan,
Production Order data is stored in following tables : AFKO , AUFK .
AFKO - Order header data PP orders
AUFK - Order master data
In table AUFK you can find cost center field KOSTV ( from table CSKS ) .
You can check the view ENT5233 - Production Order using SE11 .
Let me know if you have any further questions on this.
Please don't forget to reward points if this is helpful.
Thanks.
