Changing saplogon.ini default location

Hi there, I would like to ask, how can I change the saplogon.ini default location settings. Currently it is in the windows directory, but I can't make any new entries into it because the windows directory is write protected. I would like to set the location into another directory where it can be edited.

    Hi Jakob,

you can call saplogon like this:

    saplogon /ini_file="C:\mypath\my.ini"

    Best regards,

    Christian

      hi,

if u have a another pc or a laptop, u can pick the saplogon.ini file and paste it in the c:\windows folder or c:\sysroot whichever is the folder for ur windows XP pc.

then u can delete the already configured systems on it and re-configure it as per ur need.

hope i have been able to answer ur question, if not then kindly re-phrase ur question so that i can better understand ur problem and help u accordingly.

      Regards,

      Abhijeet
