Implemn. Content for ESS-MSS Business Scenarios

We are on SolMan 4.0 and are implementing ESS/MSS self-services functionality at our client location and want to use the Standard Implementation COntent of SolMan for doing Business Blueprinting.

R/3 is 4.7 on WAS6.2 and EP6.0 SP16 on WAS6.40.

We are unable to locate Std. Implementation COntent in the SolMan for the above scenario. Any help / suggestions are welcome.
