I am doing System Rename and it was terminated during last step: Get Hardware Key

the error occurs during call of saplicense.exe:

It looks like an error during environment switch to 'smpadm'.

Please check file integrity and permissions on E:\usr\sap\SMP\SYS\exe\uc\NTAMD64\saplicense.exe

Hi!

The saplicense will be pointed to the instance profile ("pf=..." argument of the saplicense command line).

You can confirm the permissions of the profile as well 😉
