QM Tables- Help Needed

Hi all,

I need to make a report on Defective Quantity ( Materialwise & Vendorwise).

I am trying to make it using the following tables...

Can somebody suggest me from which table should get Defect type(code) & code group..? Is there any other table for the same..?Coz I need to display defect type alongwith defective material.
