Update pricelist from excel, unpriced items

Good Afternoon everyone,

I am kindly requesting your help,

I need to import different pricelist in SAP wich i have under excel,

when i import the txt file in SAP it mentions "0 record imported successfuly" wich mean, i guess, that the txt tabukation is right but still the data are not imported,

In the price list i want to update (base list as this price list) all the column ( base and unit price) are empty,

is it possible to upload prices on unpriced intem ?

I am not sure my question is clear, will be glad to give further explnataion

By what method, you were trying ? LSMW ? You need to provide more details for better clarity
