We have HANA Development system SPS 11 but the HANA Production system is SPS 8.
Our concern is that, whether the development objects like Views, Tables, Stored Procedures will be compatible in the Production environment after migration from development to production.

There's no downward compatibility guarantee. Features introduced after SPS8 won't work.
Generally the recommendation is to a) use a current HANA release (SPS8 is completely outdated and not supported anymore) and b) use the same HANA version across the whole development-release platform.
