Defect Message :You are not Authorized to create a message for this SYSTEM or client In 7.2

Hello All,

When i trying to create a Defect(ZMIN) from My Task-tester Worklist in SOLMAN_WORKCENTER, it is showing me an Error as "you are not authorized to create a message for this system or client"

But when i am logging in into the Managed System I am able to Create Incident(ZMIN) from there.

Can any please help me with this?

Why Defect is not able to create from Workcenter.

Other input:

All RFC trusted , back Everything Working.

Maintained BCOS_CUST details also.

DNO_CUST04 Entries also Maintained.

As you have given the issue for while creating the Defect under the SOLMAN 7.2 SPS04 Test Suite Management .You are getting the above error(You are not authorized to create a message for this SYSTEM or CLIENT).So your User doesn't have the proper authorization for the S_RFCACL & S_RFC. Refer to the attached document.
