Defect Message :You are not Authorized to create a message for this SYSTEM or client In 7.2

Hello All,

When i trying to create a Defect(ZMIN) from My Task-tester Worklist in SOLMAN_WORKCENTER, it is showing me an Error as "you are not authorized to create a message for this system or client"

But when i am logging in into the Managed System I am able to Create Incident(ZMIN) from there.

Can any please help me with this?

Why Defect is not able to create from Workcenter.

Other input:

All RFC trusted , back Everything Working.

Maintained BCOS_CUST details also.

DNO_CUST04 Entries also Maintained.
