Web Template Issue : ABEND RS_EXCEPTION (000): An exception with the type CX_SY_RANGE_OUT_OF_BOUNDS

We got the below error when testing a Web Template after BW 7.5 Upgrade

Termination message sent ABEND RS_EXCEPTION (000): An exception with the type CX_SY_RANGE_OUT_OF_BOUNDS was raised, but was not handled locally, or declared in a RAISING Clause, MSGV1: An exception with the type &\#10; MSGV2: CX_SY_RANGE_OUT_OF_BOUNDS was raised, but was not\#10; MSGV3: handled locally, or declared in a RAISING clause

Steps:

1. Initially the issue when we executed a web template was –

“Parameter REPORT for the Report Web item in the Web template is empty or missing”

So we added a Report Designer Report to the REPORT_ITEM_1 Item in Web Templet.

2. After that when we executed the Web Template we got the above error.
