Partner Profile in BW

I would like to know if anybody has How to document for creation of partner profile in BW.

I do value your help and would definitely reward it by assigning points

I do not recommend to create these manually unless there a very good reason for it, using 1.2b for instance...

Hi,

use transaction WE20 to define your partner profile...If this is the first time set in WE20 this settings:

Partner no.= the source system logical name

partn type = 'LS'

typ = US

agent = (enter a user and language)

outbound = RSRQST

inbound = RSINFO and RSSEND

patrner class = BIW

if you re using a flat file you don't need outbound parameters.

Hi Wrushali,

The partner profile is automaticly created when you create a source system from the BI RSA1 - source systems tab.

The process will require a user with the correct authorisation in the source system in order to create the partner profiles, ports etc...
